What will you be doing as an Maintenance Planner

The core focus of this role is to maintain electrical installations and equipment and keep the instrumentation list in production facilities up to date.

This should be completed through the following activities:

Responsibilities:

• Processing approved maintenance notifications and maintaining Work Orders (WO) in SAP.
• Identifying and planning all necessary resources (personnel, materials, spare parts, services) for each Work Order, including managing material stock levels and issuing Purchase Requisitions (PRs).
• Ensuring effective communication with material and service suppliers, and distributing critical information within the maintenance team.
• Participating in drafting work lists, planning resources, and estimating costs for major events such as General Overhauls and scheduled shutdowns.
• Managing and updating SAP records for Preventive Maintenance routes and other work orders, including those for external service providers, and verifying their time sheets.

What you can bring to the role:

• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
