What will you be doing as a Utilities Manager

The core focus of this role is managing, organizing and supervising the work of the utility department in the plant, i.e. in accordance with occupational health and safety, fire protection, quality assurance and environmental protection regulations.

This should be completed through the following activities:

Responsibilities:

• Managing energy department resources (equipment, buildings, employees) and fixed cost budget (excluding renovation).
• Ensuring continuous, efficient, and fault-free operation of department production (machines, devices, buildings).
• Upkeeping transmission infrastructure (sewage, electricity, water, steam, air, gas, etc.), functional facilities (catchers, separators, pumping stations), and supporting structures on-site, including the sewage treatment plant (excluding its technology). Liability: up to building boundaries; for tanks, to retention wall boundaries.
• Overseeing oil pipelines and supporting structures between departments (excluding Refinery's internal pipelines).
• Preserving departmental communication and transport infrastructure (passages, stairs, sidewalks, platforms, fences, gates, doors, dust transport). Liability: from building boundaries

What you can bring to the role:

• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of systems: production and measurement of energy media (electricity, gas, heat, steam, compressed air, etc.)
• Technical knowledge of heating systems, lighting, compressed air, technological heat
• Previous experience in managing implementation / investment projects
