Role Purpose Statement

• To lead and optimize the end-to-end warehouse sourcing, commercial negotiation, and contract lifecycle management while ensuring absolute operational safety, strict regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation.

Main Accountabilities

• Sourcing & negotiation, contract finalization, creation, maintenance of data and records. MIS Reporting to top management and global team
• Sourcing of suitable warehouse space & warehouse selection.
• Negotiation of commercial terms and contract finalization
• Develop warehouse agreements validity tracker. Follow up for agreements, checking of agreements & get it signed.
• Pre-hiring Warehouse inspection (by third party surveyor) and checking suitability.
• Know about various risk associated and occupational safety. Ensure safety of stocks and manpower. Strict adherence to the SOP and compliance requirements
• Review of team’s records of internal audit reports / commodity health reports (CHR) & highlighting major critical points / observation.
• Review of periodic WSP & surveyors for outstanding payments and data for MIS reporting.
• Review of invoices booking and payment, reconciliation of WSP ledgers, monthly stock reconciliation & warehouse utilization report.
• Review of periodic WSP & surveyors for outstanding payments and any other issues. Co-ordinate with all the desks, WSPs, surveyors etc

Education & Experience

• Graduate (B.Com) or Agribusiness Management. PG from any good institute shall be preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in Agri commodities warehousing /commodity exchanges / Commodity trading.
