What will you be doing as a Bottling Manager

The core focus of this role is to deliver the Bottling Factory Performance KPIs in line with the BUNGE and Hungarian legal Safety, QFS and Environmnet standards and expectations.

This should be completed through the following activities:

Responsibilities:

• Representing bottling performance and people agenda in the Management Team while coordinating with Supply Chain to support customer satisfaction KPIs.
• Driving Safety, Environment and Quality Food Safety performance while ensuring full compliance and maintaining safety as top priority.
• Building industrial capabilities through CAPEX, automation and efficiency improvements while advising on future investments.
• Leading people and organizational performance by developing talent and fostering a high‑performing, inclusive culture.

What you can bring to the role:

• Engineering Master Degre MSc - University Degree
• Minimum 5-8 years of FMCG Production management experience 
• Fluent English and Hungarian speaker
• Managing as standalone leader of a medium size team- 100 people overall, with 8 direct reports
• Project Management experience is required
• Lean and Kaizen knowledge are a must
