What will you be doing as a Market Continuous Improvement Manager?

In this role, you will drive productivity, efficiency, and performance improvements while fostering a strong culture of operational excellence.

This will be done through the following activities:

• Lead Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence programs across multiple sites.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, RCA, and other improvement methodologies.
• Identify and execute productivity improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops, coaching, and training activities.
• Partner with site leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business results.
• Promote a strong safety, quality, environmental and continuous improvement culture
• People Development

The position will have two reporting lines: direct to Continuous Improvement Director Europe and functional reporting to Market Industrial Operations Director.

What do we expect from our future colleague?

• Degree in Engineering, Operations or a related field. A background in food and edible oils manufacturing is preferred
• At least 5 years experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, RCA, and OEE.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication, coaching, and change management capabilities.
• Experience in a multinational manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Strong command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a diverse international organization.
