岗位职责：通过学习生产工艺，掌握正确的生产操作，及时识别故障，做好设备简单维护及生产记录，现场5S管理，确保车间安全稳定运行，符合安全、食品安全的要求。

岗位要求：中专/高中及以上学历；有强烈的工作责任心，刻苦钻研，精心操作；能适应倒班工作。
