Main Accountabilities:

• Manages or makes laboratory analyzes of grain and products of its processing to determine compliance with applicable standards.
• Controls the correctness of laboratory tests and measurements by laboratory technicians.
• Provides correct storage of grain samples in the laboratory, monitors their depersonalization.
• Prepares samples from incoming and shipping grain batches to determine grain safety indicators, incl. presence or absence of genetically modified organisms.
• Takes part in the interlaboratory tests.
• Carries out work to ensure the proper functioning of laboratory equipment.
• Monitors the state of the environment (temperature, humidity) of special rooms where the tests are conducted
