Overview
The purpose of this IT Analyst role is to establish and maintain effective relationships with local business stakeholders, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and services that support organizational objectives. This analyst will act as a bridge between the business and IT, aligning technology solutions with business needs while maintaining technical excellence. Also, this position encompasses technical responsibilities, including the management and maintenance of operation systems, end user devices, network, data center and all related to local infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security and performance of IT resources.
Essential Functions
- Act to provide stable and uninterrupted (24x7) mission-critical IT services to the local site and all the other supported sites in the region.
- Relationship with other teams and business with the purpose of acting as a facilitator and supporter of needs and demands.
- Work closely with Datacenter, Network and other IT teams utilizing knowledge on best practices in other infrastructure areas.
- Ensure IT assets management and component inventory, maintenance, and associated documentations.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security protocols.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and foster synergy, collaboration, and teamwork with various service suppliers.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and technological optimization of the environment.
Qualifications
- Knowledge in ITSM Tools (ex: Service Now)
- Experience in a tech support environment; troubleshooting hardware and software maintaining desktop, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Experience in basic networking, hosting, and security knowledge.
- Experience in structured cabling and UPS.
- Experience in SCCM, MDM, VDI, GPO, Print Management, End Point Security and CCTV environment.
- Experience with collaboration tools.
- Experience in asset lifecycle management.
- Experience in monitoring and diagnostic tools.
- Knowledge of IT services framework (ITIL/ITSM, Cobit).
- Bachelor´s degree in information technology related areas.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in complex environments.
- Experience with ITIL Process
- Knowledge of governance and security methodology
- Knowledge of problem solving and project management.
- Continuous search for knowledge.
- Communication and relationship skills.
- Self-driven, pro-active and team working.
- Negotiation skills.
- English would be a plus.
