Boilerman Grade 1

Role Purpose Statement 

• To perform daily Broiler operation routine job and take care of broiler machine
• To ensure safety compliance in Broiler operation operation
• To perform housekeeping activities  

 .  

Main Accountabilities  

1. Maintain steam pressure at 15-16 bars at all times.
2. To vigilant & alert at all times as they are pressure vessels.
3. Prevent accident & damage to those vessels.
4. Keep all other boilers in standby with pressure.
5. Prepare boilers, dearator & softeners for annual inspection by JKKP officer.
6. Make sure all pumps & instrument are in good working conditions at all times.
7. Test all the safety features of boiler once in a while whether they are working or not.
8. Repair any leak/ breakdown quickly.
9. Report to immediate Manager in case of emergency, breakdown or any other problems
10. Handle cleaning & Housekeeping activities
11. Adhere to ISO, GMP, FSSC Compliance and implement
12. Observe Safety standard in operation activities and machine handling.
13. Adhere to work/ shift scheduling given and standby for any ad hoc work request.
14. Carry any other task assigned by superior.
