Overview

  1. Prepares documents and forms to move goods efficiently through export steps and procedures
  2. Responsible for accuracy of invoices
  3. Ensure timely processing of export shipments document.

Details

  1. Prepare shipping instruction and send to agent/shipping line 
  2. Vet through letter of credit as and when it requires and request for amendment from OM if cannot be complied
  3. Prepare full set of documents (Invoice, packing list, COA, CEPT forms and so on) according to customer requests
  4. Prepare Bill of exchange to send documents to banks for Letter of Credit and DP. Completed documents will also be couriered directly to customers
  5. Send shipment tender to customer once SOB confirmed. Scan the full set of documents to customer.
  6. Apply preferential certificate of origin through MITI online system and once approved print and send for endorsement documents to customer.
  7. Apply manual insurance certificate for sanction countries. Others apply via online system (MARSH CARGO)
  8. Proceed for insurance claim when necessary 
  9. Follow up on the reports from external labs (Heavy metal certificate and analysis certificate) with QC to ensure sample being send to lab on time and receive the final report before vessel arrives destination
  10. Scan all the shipping documents using GLOBODOX which is linked into intranet
  11. All copy documents including K2 (original export permit) to be filed

Requirement :

  1. Min Diploma and above in related field.
  2. More than 2 years’ experience on supply chain / sales or order management
  3. Proficiency in SAP system  & Supply chain knowledge                                                                                                                        
  4. Well-versed in handling Sales orders and data entry            
  5. Strong analytical skills & problem solving skills
  6. Analytics & insights to support operations needs & function develolopment, etcKnowledge of order management systems, booking, and EDI
  7. Excellent interpersonal skills to handle customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  8. Managing compliance issues and handling customer complaints
