SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

this position will lead and administer site office facilities maintenance and daily operations.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

1. To ensure efficient customer service and daily task supervisions to address complaints and grievances of a complex old building.

2. Status report working across with Site Stake holder especially Maintenance Ops and End Users to close grievances and to discuss proposed Capex or expenses items.

3. Ensure and maintain safe and condusive working environment.

4. Manage all vendors with respective committee and stakeholders

5. Manage hostel maintenance and upkeep

6. Hygiene & Cleanliness of the Office Building & Canteen and Miscellaneous Buidlings at Site to endsure compliance of Food Safety Industry.
