Intern - Safety

Main Accountabilities

• To support establishing and implementing of Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) programs at the Factory and leading the EHS Department, reporting to the EHS Superior.
• Develop a passion for EHS in the operations team and reviews performance - setting targets for continuous improvement.
• To support liaison within internal group of company related to EHS and support to drives culture change, reinforcement of safety cultures, creating the forums and opportunities to involve and communicate with stakeholders

Requirement

1. Midst of completing Bachelor Degree in  in  Engineering : Safety , environmental , Chemical or  Industrial
2. Duration of internship :  4- 6  months
3. Knowledge in Risk Management & Compliance:  conduct risk assessments, manage chemical safety protocols, and ensure compliance with all relevant local laws and industry standards.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting skills :  SHE sampling and monitoring processes, maintain accurate records, and prepare concise reports with actionable recommendations for management.
5. Able to develop program & Implementation: Develop and maintain comprehensive safety, health, and environment programs to reduce workplace hazards and prevent incidents.
