Packing Engineer

Main Scope : 

1. Ensure smooth operations of the Blending House, Texturizing Plant and Packing Lines  

2. To ensure good housekeeping and safety in place at work place. 

3. To implement BMOS, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 and HACCP as per requirements 

4. Ensure the packed products are in good and hygienic condition .

Detailed Scope : 

1. To ensure goods are delivered to customer in time, in right quantity and in good packaging condition so that to achieve good customer satisfaction. 
2. To ensure DWOR report is updated daily. 
3. To improve packing plant OEE 
4. To ensure compliance with the HACCP and FSSC in hygiene and cleanliness in packing area  
5. To manage effectively the consumption of steam and electricity.  
6. To ensure the operation and machinery work in good condition. 
7. Continually look at innovating the process to ensure the production is run efficiently  
8. To ensure that all safety precautions are taken and the work place is safe and free from accidents 
9. Other task as assigned by his/her superior 
10. Provide support and collaborate with maintenance to ensure alignment with department strategy. 
11. Contribute to process improvements 
12. Provide training and safety toolbox talk to packing staff to obtain important result. 
 

Requirement : 

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Maufacturing 
2. Minimum > 2 years working experience. 
3. Familiar with GMP production environment

4. Familiar with food packaging machinery & texturzing process
5. Good understanding of machinery and troubleshooting skills
6. Data analysis and process improvement
