Production Engineer

General : 

1. To monitor overall production activities in plant
2. To assist production manager to perform all production activities in plant
3. To ensure product quality meeting quality standards
4.  To ensure safe operation and attend all required safety training
5.  To implement all BMOS Requirements
6. To initiate improvement plans to improve performance of production plants in term of
7. product quality and plant efficiencies.  
8. To coordinate with Production Planning Department on production schedule to make sure all product meet the shipment schedule.
9. Implement ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 & HACCP, make sure all documentations and requirements are in order.
10. To train and develop plant personnel with working and personal skill, to analyze the training needs and work out the training program.
11. To optimize plant operation, eg. Process parameter to meet production target.

Requirement : 

1. Minimum degree in Engineering or related fields
2. Experiences in production operation for food industries or related field
3. Strong in Root Cause Analysis, Kaizen and 5S
4.  Good leadership skills in leading plant troubleshooting.
5. Able to write and communicate in English and Malay
