Production Engineer

To design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Key responsibilities include creating and implementing production plans, troubleshooting issues, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and coordinating with other departments to manage the entire production lifecycle. They analyze data, implement process improvements, and use tools like RCA and statistical process control to achieve production goals.  

Main Accountablities 

1. Process development and optimization: Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes (process parameter) to maximize output, minimize waste, and increase efficiency. 
2. Quality assurance: Develop and implement quality control measures and conduct regular inspections to ensure products meet specifications and regulatory requirements.
3. Problem-solving: Identify and troubleshoot production issues, such as equipment malfunctions or process deviations, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime. 
4. Planning and scheduling: Create and manage production schedules to meet Production planning plan, and ensure necessary materials and equipment are available. 
5. Team coordination: Work with other departments (like engineering, maintenance, quality, safety and logistics) and supervise production staff to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operations. 
6. Data analysis: Study production data, monitor key performance indicators, and generate reports to identify areas for improvement. 
7. Safety and compliance: Ensure all production activities comply with safety & Environmental, Quality rules, regulations, and any applicable standards (such as GMP)

Requirement 

1. Min Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/ Checmical / any relevancy of Engineering 
2. Minumum 1-2 years working experiences in Oils & Fats Manufacturing, has supervisory skill to lead a group of Supervisors & Operators.
3. Analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze complex data and solve problems under pressure. 
4. Technical skills: Proficiency with tools like RCA, simulation tools, Oils & Fats Manufacturing proceses
5. Communication and interpersonal skills: Strong written and verbal communication to collaborate with teams and train staff. 
6. Leadership and management: Ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and manage projects. 
7. Attention to detail: Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail are essential for quality control and process management.
