The Sales  intern role is to work together with commercial and sales team to achieve the commercial objectives and Experience through internship in the area of : International B2B Trade and Export  & Commodity trading.

Main accounbilities : 

  1. Customer and commercial support 
    •    Supporting the Sales Manager on daily basis  quotation preparation and tender/bidding preparation.
    •    Manage and follow up on project pipleine and sample arrangement •    Assisting in new projects creation, new customers onboarding and account creations.
    •    Follow up on trial proposal and other request from customers on the new/existing product additional requirements
  2. Market /customer mapping and reporting
    •   Asssits Sales Manager to map new country, customer and product line potential 
    •   Assists Sales manager to map customer end product's line
  3. Customer complaint and order  management 
    •    Work with different function and department to follow up on existing and new orders executions and customer complaints

Requirement : 

  1. Bachelor Degree holder in Business / marketing/economics, supply chain and  relevant. 
  2. Basic knowledge in B2B / international trades.
  3. Service mindset, knowledge of how to provide high level customer service
  4. Knowledge of supply chain and logistics 
    Team player
