The Sales Manager will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for their assigned region and accounts, focusing on oils and fats products across confectionery, bakery, culinary, frying and other food applications. This role is critically responsible for achieving business targets, optimizing contribution margins, generating new leads, and ensuring customer requests align with the company's overall marketing strategy. A key aspect of the position involves understanding customer motivations within Bunge's core categories in the SEA market and identifying new business opportunities through thorough research and analysis of customer needs. 

  

Main Accountabilitis 

  1. Deliver and meet annual business plan for the acounts and countries assigned.
  2. Maintains relationships with distributors, agents, clients 
  3. Develop new route to market, including new distributors and agrents.
  4. Develop new customers or increase share of wallets to grow the business.
  5. Identifies product improvements requirements from SEA market and feedback to the R&D and category marketing lead. 
  6. Controlling the financial & contract risks by implementing the credit control policy from BLC Asia. 
  7. Maintains quality service by enforcing organization standards. 
  8. Provide demand forecast for SEA market to the manufacturing plant. 
  9. Track prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand. 
  10. Manage and handle Customer Complaints. 
  11. Identified business growth opportunities and provide market mapping. 

We are seeking candidates who meet the following requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, Agribusiness, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
  2. Experience: Minimum of five years in a regional sales role.
  3. Expertise: Proven experience in Sales Management, Strategic Marketing, Supply Chain, or Commodity Trading.
  4. Technical Knowledge (Preferred): Practical, industry-specific technical knowledge and skills pertinent to the oils and fats business, including edible oils, specialty fats, oleochemicals, and related B2B markets.
