Security Guard

Summary

1. Responsible for the safety and security of a company's assets, employees, and facilities. 
2. This role involves implementing security policies and procedures, managing security systems, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
3. Play a key role in emergency response and crisis management. 

Accountabilities 

1. Perform routine guard duties as directed. 
2. Report to the supervisor what happened while on duty.
3. Record the report of the task done. 
4. Inspect and monitor the movement of lorries, workers and visitors entering and exiting the premises. 
5. Checking the tank seals and gaps between incoming and outgoing containers.
6. Monitor and control workers going in and out of the premises especially at night. 
7. Register contract workers, visitors, contractor and all vehicle entering premises
8. Control the traffic. 
9. Conducting patrols while on duty. 
10. Assist superiors in the implementation and enforcement of regulations. 
11. Give reports from time to time.
12. Be an asset and not a burden to the organization
