SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for all aspects regarding labour & ethics compliance, complaints or grievances and CAPA thus ensuring smooth operations at site.
  • Manages projects/processes working independently with limited supervision and provides leadership to professionals and support staff to specific functional policy and broad procedure allowing the choice of tatics to reach the establish goals above. 

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

  • Drive, Prepare and Implement Labour & Ethics Risk Management Plan which is of moderate complexity.
  • Manage for the execution of audits and educate the site with regards to latest compliance standards
  • Has in-depth knowledge in own discipline to Review & Update on site procedure incorporating labour & ethics compliance
  • Adapts plans within the Department, and recommends solutions/best practices indirectly working along with stakeholders on the ethics & labour governance to ensure awareness & compliance to regulatory bodies.
  • To propose corrective action and preventive actions for continuous improvements
  • Counsel management on policy interpretations including any potential risk and advise and investigate with approriate resolution with consenses and discussion with superior and stakeholders to drive ethics & labour compliance.
