Supervisor - Lipid Hydro, Thermal & Fract

The Production Supervisor is responsible for guiding and training production teams, making sure all work is done safely, correctly and company standards are met. This includes housekeeping & safety standards for production, and ensuring that products are made on time and meet quality checks. The role also involves setting up and following key quality standard BMOS, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 and HACCP and safety programs, as well as making sure all workplace safety rules are followed.

 Main Accountability :

1. To report to superior if there is any abnormality and perform troubleshooting as necessary
2. To maintain good housekeeping of plant
3. To perform routine check on plant’s equipment and regular maintenance
4. To implement BMOS, FSSC 22000, HACCP and GMP as per requirements.
5. Carryout special tasks assigned by Superior from time to time
6. Routine check of plant and equipment’s condition
7. Fully comply to COVID SOP and safety requirement
8. Ensure production running according to schedule and ensure quality are meeting specifications
9. Routine check on storage tank condition and ensure no spillage or leakage in production or storage area

Skills & Requirements:-

1) 5 years supervisory working experience in food industry

2) Demonstrate positive attitude and good attendance record

3) Able to write in Malay and English

4) Able to communicate in Malay and English

5) Must be computer literate and able to operate with SCADA/PLC/DCS system
