What will you be doing as a Process Engineer

The core focus of this role is to assist the Production/Logistics Manager in his duties, by monitoring and improving the performance of the production process. Assist and support the project department. Improve the plant's KPIs.

This should be completed through the following activities:

Responsibilities:

• Collecting and analyzing production data to monitor performance and drive KPI improvements.
• Identifying, evaluating and implementing process optimization initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reliability.
• Ensuring process safety and supporting compliance with operational standards and audit requirements.
• Developing technical solutions, procedures and work instructions to support effective plant operations.
• Coordinating production activities and collaborating on cross‑functional industrial projects across the organization.
• Supporting production, logistics and project activities, including acting as backup for operational management when required.

What you can bring to the role:

• Higher education in Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the chemical industry
• Advanced level of English both written and spoken
• Knowledge of the process and methodologies for analysis and problem solving
• Knowledge of the sector of activity (Chemistry, extraction)
• Large experience with Office365
