In this role as you have the opportunity to shape and optimize Bunge Finland’s operations. Digitalization will be one of the themes driving this position to further develop project management, working processes and reporting skills of the organization.


What your future manager says about the role


As our Process Development Specialist, you are basically a free agent. You will be part of a team that shares an attitude for development and innovation. This means that you are the driver of relationship and teamwork. You build bridges between departments and truly cooperate with the full Finnish organization, from our colleagues in production until our office functions. As a member of several development projects you coordinate things independently thus we expect you to be hands-on in the field of your expertise.


Besides optimizing processes you’ll identify, design and develop performance tools to support automated data handling and reporting (eg. Power BI, SQL server and Gateway management/development), including:


  • Management/maintenance of locally developed systems (within Office 365 environment)
  • Project Management tools (for Operative, non-operative, new business opportunities, New Product Development (NPD)) such as Trello or Microsoft Planner management and utilization for more effective Project/Task Management


What you bring to the role


  • A Bachelor or Master’s degree and 3-5 years of work experience in related field.
  • Fluency (both written and spoken) in Finnish and in English.
  • Tech savvy approach and continuous self-learning mentality.
  • Ability to balance priorities and good organizational skills.
