Reports to (position): AM - SCM
Role Purpose Statement:
Oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. Responsible for a vital part of the supply chain process, manage people, processes, and systems in order to ensure goods are received and dispatched appropriately and that productivity targets are met.
Main Accountabilities:
• To ensure that the condition of the vehicle is fit for the FG materials (Check with Vehicles check list).
• Ensure that the material and quantity dispatched should be as per the dispatch advice.
• Ensure that no damaged or leaky carton, tins and jar to be loaded in the FG vehicle.
• Maintain neat and clean / hygienic atmosphere in the warehouse.
• Please co-ordinate with warehouses team as and when required.
• To maintain good relationship with the drivers and labors for effective working.
• All vehicles Loading / Unloading in own supervision.
• Make sure the vehicle is fitted with a wheel chuck during loading and unloading and keep the keys of each vehicle in locker.
• Ensure loading and Unloading is done as per standard SOP’s and following safety compliances.
• Maintain wastage register and mail send to HOD on daily.
• Please ensure that after loading the lot is set up properly and the damaged material is moved to the process area.
• After completing the loading, loading supervisor cleaned the loading point and place the loading Item in designated area. (Like-Wheel choke, Trolley, loading Table, Purali, Empty cartons and forklift with wheel choke)
• Ensure all material kept on pallets and stack height compliance as per ISO Norms.
• Ensure to load the FG materials as per SOP.
• Maintain FIFO In all Warehouse. Material load as per batch list.
• Check forklift description by the checklist before start loading with forklift.
Key Performance Indicators:
• Must ensure FIFO and batchwise dispatch.
• Must ensure stacking of FG in Warehouse and vehicle as per SOP.
• Must ensure Actual inventory matches with SAP.
• Must ensure minimum TAT as defined.
• Need to submit all MIS on defined timelines.
• Must ensure all legal compliance of food, safety and quality and ensure 5S implementation.
• Must ensure timely segregation of leaking inventory from the main inventory and separation of damage inventory from the rest of the stock.
• Ensure damage material is timely sent for repacking.
• Keeping record of the damages and WH wastages with the help of the supervisors and ensure that safe practices are followed to reduce wastage.

• Comply with statutory / regulatory requirements.
Leading Others: Use knowledge of Bunge’s Business, structure, and strategy to develop innovative solutions to improve results or eliminate problems.
Leadership Skills:
• Strong coordination with packing team, loading team and contractual manpower and logistics team required to constantly keep in touch with various departments of the organization
• Ability to work closely with all business functions.
• Good communication skills interacting with all levels of staff, including hourly workforce and within team.

Knowledge and Technical Competencies:
1. Knowledge of SAP
2. Inventory Management
3. Experience in Dispatch
Education/Experience:
• Minimum graduate in any field
• Minimum industrial experience of 5 to 8 years, handling various stores activities in the industry preferably FMCG sector.
• Proven experience SCM areas of Inventory maintenance, physical verification, Dispatch.
