Role Purpose Statement This role develops future quality management professionals. Trainees will engage in laboratory analysis, instrument maintenance, and quality management system improvement, ensuring Bunge's product quality and food safety. They will enhance testing capabilities, supporting operational excellence and sustainable goals for products from raw materials to finished products. 
 
 
 
Main Accountabilities Participate in routine analytical activities for raw materials, additive, bagging and products in process and final products to ensure positive release.
•  Perform the calibration and maintenance of testing instrument to ensure them runs normally and the test results are accurate.
• Maintain the information and records can support the traceability of lab analysis.
• Optimize and unify test methods according to business requirements and regulations.
Understand crush and refine processes and participate in activities to improve quality control measures and enhance product quality.
• Be familiar Bunge safety requirements and implement those procedures strictly.

Technical Analysis and Data Handling: Understand basic laboratory analytical principles, possess  skills in data collection and preliminary analysis, and capable of using relevant tools for data analysising and reporting.
• Quality Management Fundamentals: Understand basic concepts of quality management systems (HACCP, GMP, FSSC etc.) and be willing to learn and apply them.
• Continuous Improvement Mindset: Able to observe and assist in evaluating current workflows and procedures, identify potential opportunities for improvement, and actively support the implementation of improvement projects.
• Regulatory Understanding: Able to understand and adhere to laboratory Standard SOPs, Bunge policies, and related regulations.
 
 
 
 
Education & Experience Education: Bachelor's degree or above Food Science and Engineering, Chemistry, Quality Management, or a related field.
Experience: Recent graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of relevant laboratory/quality management experience are welcome to apply. Internship experience is a plus.
Language Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, capable of fluently reading, understanding, and writing technical documents in English.
Other: Good analytical, organizational, coordination, and learning capabilities. Strong interest in quality control, food safety, and continuous improvement.
