Depending on your experience, you will either grow into the role or act as a key decision-maker within the team. You are the vital link connecting logistical needs with shipping realities. You'll engage with diverse cultures and collaborate with agents, owners, and captains.

It’s a hands-on environment where you witness every aspect of the shipping process — and no two days are the same."

  • Medior: Manage voyage P&L, laytime calculations, and operational finances
  • Senior: Take ownership of P&L performance, complex calculations, and financial optimisation

Contractual Compliance

  • Ensure charter party terms and conditions are followed
  • Monitor notices and contractual obligations
