Overview:
The person in this role demonstrates a high level of professionalism, prioritizing the effective management of directory and domain services across [various regions/the global infrastructure]. Responsibilities include contributing to and executing on moderately complex projects, analyzing intricate challenges, and supporting the delivery of innovative solutions where clear precedents may not exist. This role requires applying an in-depth understanding of directory and domain services within the context of Bunge's global operations, actively contributing to process improvements, and adapting departmental plans.
Main Accountabilities:
- Manage, maintain, and ensure the high availability of global PAM services including replication, authentication, and authorization components.
- Manage, maintain, and ensure the high availability of global IGA services including replication, authentication, and authorization components.
- Manage, maintain, and ensure the high availability of global directory services such as Active Directory and EntraID, including replication, authentication, and authorization components.
- Oversee and optimize domain-related services, including SSO (Single Sign-on), MFA (Multiffactor Authentication), SCIM, Domain Trusts, OU structure, and Enterprise applications ensuring robust and secure identity operations.
- Implement and enforce security best practices, compliance policies, and audit requirements pertaining to identity and access management and directory infrastructure.
- Participate in the design, planning, and successful implementation of new directory and domain services, enhancements, and upgrades in alignment with strategic IT objectives.
- Conduct advanced troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues related to identity, access, and directory services, often involving cross-functional collaboration.
- Collaborate with other Business Technology teams (e.g., Cybersecurity, Network, Applications) to integrate directory services with various enterprise applications and cloud platforms.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes, standard operating procedures, and technical documentation for directory and domain services.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior team members or support staff, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.
Education & Experience:
- Typically a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- 6-10 years of progressively responsible experience in Directory and Domain Services management, or a related IT infrastructure role, within a large, global enterprise environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Relevant industry certifications such as MCSE: Core Infrastructure, Azure Administrator Associate, CISSP, ITIL Foundation, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (on-premises and Azure AD), including design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Profound understanding and experience with DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, LDAP, and Kerberos protocols.
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation, administration, and reporting of directory services.
- In-depth knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles, technologies, and best practices (e.g., MFA, SSO, federation).
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, firewalls, load balancers, and their interaction with directory services.
- Experience with cloud identity platforms (e.g., Azure AD, AWS IAM) and hybrid identity solutions.
