Execution Specialist (FTC)

BUNGE has an exciting opportunity available for an Execution Specialist (Temporary).

Main responsibilities:

• Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety procedures and regulations.
• Contract nomination, deliveries application and invoicing processing for the WE crushing plants and 3rd parties’ warehouses.
• Reconciliation of WE crushing plants deliveries and 3rd parties’ warehouses deliveries & stocks.
• Cost & accruals input and control.
• Approval and posting of vendors invoices.
• Proactively respond to all customer queries and requests, in a timely manner.
• General administrative tasks, reports and control follow up.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement and Business Development projects.

We are looking for different skills in our ideal candidate:

• Degree in Business Management, Logistics, Quality or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience is desirable.
• Advanced in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Computer proficiency (MS Office, Analytical tools).
• SAP experience is desirable.
