FRM Assistant Controller

Role Purpose:

Assist FRM Controller to assure that all FRM (Financial Risk Management) global reporting is accurate, complete, timely and relevant. Work with the FRM Global controlling team to maintain a strong control environment and champion effective and efficient management and financial reporting processes and systems.

Main Accountabilities:

• Assist in the monthly FRM management reporting process ensuring that all numbers reconcile to US GAAP, risk and system numbers. Keep track of main PNL drivers to assist with preparation of the monthly performance documents.
• Preparation and analysis of BS & PL ensuring that all numbers reconcile with system numbers
• SGA month end file preparation and analysis
• Assist in the monthly forecast and reporting as specified by Bunge Group requirements.
• OTC and FX trade confirmation matching.
• Daily PnL/Positions reconciliations and reporting for Risk/Management.
• Ownership and maintenance of all static data in One FRM, this includes working close with trading team.
• Involvement in new system developments and enhancements in FRM area.
• FRM monthly invoices preparation and distribution to the opco’s.
• MTM month end files preparation and distribution to the opcos for booking.
• Quarterly SFAS Reporting.

Education & Experience:

• Degree in Economics, or Business Administration and / or equivalent financial qualification (e.g. CIMA, ACA, ACCA)
• 3 years experience in accounting, controlling and management reporting acquired in a similar international company with significant exposure and support to senior and middle management.
