BUNGE has an exciting opportunity available for a Talent Acquisition Specialist – Digital / Technology (1 year contract).  

 

This role will be instrumental in the digital / technology full life cycle recruitment process. In this role you will be part of a global team working on challenging, meaningful projects impacting core business activities. 
 

 

Overview:


The Talent Acquisition Specialist – Digital / Technology performs full life-cycle recruitment in support of Bunge’s digital transformation. Partnering with managers and Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) to develop candidate sourcing strategies to deliver diverse qualified candidate pools. This position will ensure sourcing strategies, methodology and processes are aligned with business requirements and overall company policy. 

 


Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for driving and managing the full life-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates, and managing the offer process
  • Data-driven recruiter comfortable working with Excel and recruitment analytics
  • Partners with hiring managers to ensure alignment between recruiting needs and recruiting strategy
  • Develops and maintains strong partnerships with business leaders, HR team and line managers.
  • Utilizes creative and proactive techniques (strategic and tactical) that lend to the success of talent acquisition
  • Identifies creative cost-effective methods for sourcing candidates
  • Provides guidance and recommendations to hiring managers/teams to ensure effective interviewing and selection process
  • Be the employer brand representative in the community and the person of trust for the team
  • Provide perspective on industry, competitive talent landscape, growth ability and distinctive attributes
  • Act as community member through hackathons, meetups, conferences and manage associated details
  • Remain current on external talent pools, talent personas, salary levels and other trends 

 


Qualifications / Requirements:


•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources Management, or related field
•    2-5 years prior recruiting experience with demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring 
•    2-3 years of experience in IT or digital recruitment preferred
•    Strong sourcing, screening and client/candidate management skills required; experience in recruiting technical and digital talent strongly preferred
•    Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization
•    Demonstrated recruiting experience in a multi-function environment with the ability to manage multiple/competing priorities
•    Collaborative with focus on agile working methodologies 
•    Proven problem solving and organizational skills with the ability to be successful in a fast-pace environment
•    Strong attention to detail required with the ability to work with confidential information
•    Demonstrated ability in building effective work relationships and influencing decision makers
•    Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to achieving individual and team objectives
•    Flexibility with the ability to adjust and refocus priorities based on changing business needs
•    Strong knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required; prior experience with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms preferred
•    Fluent in English with the ability to work with people from various countries
•    Approximate travel required is 5-10%
