Overview:
The Sr. End User Computing Architect is a critical role responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Bunge's global end-user computing environment. This includes defining the strategy and roadmap for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, virtual desktops, applications, and collaboration tools. This role directly contributes to Bunge's strategic objectives by ensuring employees have secure, reliable, and efficient access to the technology they need to succeed. Key challenges include supporting a diverse global workforce, integrating various technologies, ensuring security and compliance, and managing costs effectively. Main Accountabilities:

Design, implement, and maintain Bunge’s EUC architecture, including virtual desktops, application virtualization, mobile device management, and collaboration tools, ensuring alignment with business needs and IT strategy.

Develop short-term (1 year or less) and long-term (1-3 year) strategies for the EUC environment, incorporating industry best practices, emerging technologies, and cost-effective solutions.

Manage the EUC infrastructure, including capacity planning, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting, to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security.

Collaborate with stakeholders across different business units and IT teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into effective EUC solutions. This involves conducting workshops, presenting solutions, and gathering feedback.

Conduct proof-of-concept projects to evaluate new EUC technologies and solutions before full-scale implementation. Analyze results and recommend solutions aligned with Bunge's strategic objectives.

Provide expert-level support for EUC-related issues, troubleshooting complex problems and providing timely solutions to minimize disruptions to end-users.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for EUC architecture, systems, and processes, ensuring knowledge sharing and consistency across the organization.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in EUC, attending industry events, and incorporating new technologies and approaches into Bunge's EUC strategy.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree on Computer Science, Technology or a related field.
- 6-10 years of experience in IT, including experience in end-user computing, systems administration, and minimum 3 years in IT architecture. Has in-depth knowledge in own discipline and basic knowledge (know as reference) of related disciplines.

Deep understanding of EUC technologies, including desktop virtualization, application virtualization, mobile device management, and collaboration tools.

Expertise in designing, implementing, and managing EUC infrastructure.

Strong knowledge of IT security best practices and regulatory compliance requirements.
