Overview: 


The "Gte Sr Tecn Oper e Seg Cibernetica (OT)" Cyber Security leads the development and implementation of Bunge's global OT cyber security strategy. This role directs multiple teams of security professionals, engineers, and analysts responsible for protecting Bunge's critical infrastructure and industrial control systems (ICS) from cyber threats. The Manager is responsible for establishing and implementing short- to mid-term security strategies and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. This role requires deep expertise in OT security, including a strong understanding of ICS/SCADA systems, security protocols, and risk management methodologies. The Manager must be able to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, build consensus, and drive change within the organization. This role has a significant impact on Bunge’s operations, contributing to the safety and reliability of its global infrastructure. 

 

Essential Functions

 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global OT cyber security strategy, encompassing risk assessments, vulnerability management, threat detection, incident response, and security awareness training. 
  • Lead and mentor a team of OT security professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. 
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of security solutions for OT environments. 
  • Collaborate with other IT and OT teams to integrate security controls and processes, ensuring alignment with overall security architecture. 
  • Manage the OT security budget and resources, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation. 
  • Stay abreast of emerging OT security threats and vulnerabilities, adapting strategies and solutions as needed. 
  • Develop and maintain OT security policies, standards, and procedures. 
  • Provide regular reporting and metrics on OT security posture to senior management. 
  • Direct impact on the security and reliability of Bunge's global OT infrastructure, including manufacturing plants, processing facilities, and distribution centers. 
  • Responsible for protecting critical assets and ensuring business continuity. 
  • Oversees a significant budget for OT security initiatives. 
  • Impacts the safety and efficiency of Bunge's operations. 
  • Reduction in the number and severity of OT security incidents. 
  • Improved compliance with relevant security regulations and standards. 
  • Enhanced security posture of OT environments. 
  • Effective integration of security controls and processes. 
  • Increased awareness of OT security risks among employees and contractors. 
  • Develop and implement OT security strategies and architectures.

  • Leads and motivates a global team of OT security professionals. 


 

Qualifications 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in IT Security, with a strong focus on OT security.
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., GICS, GRID, CISSP) are highly desirable. 
  • Deep understanding of OT security principles, architectures, and best practices. 
  • Expertise in ICS/SCADA systems, security protocols, and network architectures. 
  • Knowledge of security standards and regulations relevant to OT environments (e.g., IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82). 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Fosters a collaborative and innovative work environment. 
  • Communicates effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Makes data-driven decisions based on risk assessments and business needs.
