Overview:
The Tech Delivery Manager - Innovation demonstrates a high level of professionalism, prioritizing the successful delivery of scalable technology products with capabilities like AI, ML, Digital Twins, the Metaverse, IoT, and 3D Printing. Responsibilities include managing and executing projects, ensuring on time delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.

Essential Functions:

  • Lead and manage the delivery of innovative technology products and solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Develop and execute project plans, including defining project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and take corrective actions to ensure successful project completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure seamless product development and launch.
  • Manage and track project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial targets.
  • Conduct regular progress reviews and provide updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and innovations, and explore opportunities for incorporating them into product development.
  • Manages a portfolio of technology projects with a total annual spend of millions and reach of thousands of daily users
  • Oversees projects with teams of engineers, designers, and product managers.
  • Contributes to the development and launch of several new scalable technology products per year.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in technology project management.
  • Experience in managing and delivering technology products with capabilities like AI, ML, Digital Twins, the Metaverse, IoT, and 3D Printing.
  • Experience with generating effective presentations for senior leadership that deliver compelling stories
  • Strong understanding of technology trends and innovations, including AI, ML, Digital Twins, the Metaverse, IoT, and 3D Printing.
  • Experience in managing and delivering technology projects using Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
