Role Purpose Statement To ensure compliance with EHS regulations and company standards by managing risk assessments, safety programs, environmental performance, and occupational health initiatives. The role supports incident prevention, continuous improvement, and the development of a strong EHS culture across the site.
To support regulatory compliance, reduce EHS risks, prevent incidents, and drive continuous improvement in safety, health, and environmental performance. This position helps protect employees, the environment, company assets, and business continuity.
　
　
　
Main Accountabilities 1.Ensure compliance with applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations, permits, and company standards.
2.Maintain EHS documentation, conduct inspections, coordinate EHS training, and support incident and near-miss investigations.
3.Promote employee awareness and participation in EHS activities to foster a proactive safety culture.
4.Collect and analyze EHS data, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and support continuous improvement initiatives.
5.Identify workplace hazards, support risk assessments, and implement controls to prevent injuries, occupational illnesses, and environmental incidents.
　
　
　
　
　
　
Education & Experience 1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Safety Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; Safety Engineering is preferred.
2.Minimum 5 years of EHS experience in manufacturing, chemical, pharmaceutical, or other industrial environments.
3.Good command of spoken and written English.
