What you will be doing as a HRBP Industrial in Vinnitsa Plant (preferred location) or Kiev Office

  • Act as the strategic HR Business Partner for Industrial across all plants in Ukraine, aligning people strategies, organizational design and workforce plans with business objectives
  • Partner with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, change management, cultural transformation and a values-driven work environment
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on labor relations, trade union partnerships, employment legislation, compliance and HR governance, working closely with stakeholders
  • Lead talent and succession planning initiatives, ensuring leadership pipelines, critical skills development and long-term workforce capability
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise to implement talent management, performance, learning, engagement and total rewards programs that support business priorities and employee retention
  • Leverage HR data, analytics and workforce insights to identify trends, support decision-making and recommend effective people solutions and strategies,
  • Foster strong employee engagement and open communication, promoting organizational values, ethical behavior and a positive workplace culture across all locations
  • Manage a team of 4 direct reports

 

What Do We Expect From Our Future Colleague

  • +10 years of experience in HR related field in production sector. International companies are preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of people management experience
  • Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently, proactive approach towards problems and issues
  • Flexibility to prioritize multiple responsibilities and activities in high pressure situations
  • Fluent in English and Ukrainian
  • Nice to have: knowledge of C and Success Factors
  • In case the selected candidate is located in Kiev, there is expectation to travel on a biweekly basis to Vinnitsa Plant
