As a Procurement Buyer, you will support sourcing initiatives, supplier management, and procurement projects that contribute to business efficiency and sustainable growth.

What you will do as our Procurement Buyer:

•            Contribute into development of local category sourcing strategies and ensure strategies implementation

•            Perform sourcing activities for assigned categories, negotiate deals with existing and new suppliers

•            Conclude contracts, manage them and resolve issues

•            Develop and support suppler management process, develop supplier database in accordance with business requirements and external market conditions, conduct regular suppliers’ evaluation

•            Ensure day-to-day purchasing activities that focus on the operational tasks

•            Initiate, manage or participates, as purchasing representative, in Cost Savings projects and innovation/renovation projects with suppliers for our operational plants

•            Build a professional relationship with internal/external stakeholders

•            Delivers personal and department KPIs: savings, PO coverage, Direct PO, Catalogues, After the fact PO, payment terms, auto PO, etc.

What we expect from our Procurement Buyer:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree;

* At least 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or purchasing;

* Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills;

* Fluent English;

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;

* Experience with SAP/SRM systems will be an advantage;

* Analytical mindset and ability to work with data.
