Overview:

The E&A IOS Business Solution Analyst is responsible for cross-functional business process analysis and solution design across all non-SAP industrial domains, including manufacturing, logistics, warehouse operations, quality, and shopfloor applications. The role bridges operational requirements with technological capabilities, ensuring consistency of processes and solutions across the EMEA & APAC region.

This position works closely with architects, product owners, delivery teams, and site stakeholders to capture requirements, design end-to-end processes, and ensure that implemented solutions support business objectives, comply with architectural standards, and enable efficient plant operations.

You can work in Warsaw or Gdańsk in Poland in hybrid model

 

 

Main Accountabilities:

 

  • Conduct cross-functional process analysis across manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, quality, and operational applications.
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements, process models, and well-structured solution concepts.
  • Prepare AS-IS and TO-BE process documentation, use cases, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure consistency and alignment of business processes across EMEA & APAC, working closely with architects and product owners.
  • Support the design of end-to-end functional solutions across systems such as Ushi, WMS, MES, quality tools, plant applications, and other non-SAP platforms.
  • Evaluate change impacts across interconnected systems and business areas.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility, stability, and adherence to standards
  • Lead functional workshops with business stakeholders, site users, architects, and delivery teams.
  • Consolidate business needs into clear, complete, and validated requirements.
  • Produce documentation of high quality, aligned with governance standards, covering processes, functional specifications, scenarios, and test criteria.
  • Prepare UAT scenarios and support end users during testing cycles.
  • Validate functional correctness of delivered features and ensure their alignment with operational needs.
  • Support rollouts by collaborating with sites, ensuring readiness, adoption, and proper understanding of new functionalities

 

Knowledge and Technical Competencies:

 

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, and quality processes.
  • Experience in business analysis and solution design across multi-application environments.
  • Ability to model processes and prepare structured documentation (BPMN/UML/use cases).
  • Familiarity with shopfloor systems (Ushi, MES, WMS, quality applications) is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to simplify complexity and design clear functional concepts.
  • Experience working with international teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences.
  • Quality, clarity, and completeness of business and functional documentation.
  • Effectiveness of cross-functional process alignment.
  • UAT quality: defect rates, clarity of scenarios, acceptance speed.
  • Timeliness and impact of delivered requirements in projects and enhancements.
  • Stakeholder satisfaction and adoption of delivered solutions
