Global Strategic Procurement Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement category and sourcing strategies for Financial Services, Sustainability, Consulting Services, Insurance, Risk Management, and Legal Services by analyzing market trends, evaluating suppliers, and identifying value creation opportunities across global categories.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to align procurement activities with business objectives and track sourcing performance and savings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, leading contract and commercial negotiations to maximize value and minimize risk.
• Monitor supplier performance, conduct regular reviews, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and supplier optimization.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, compliance monitoring, and renewals.
• Drive cost optimization through strategic sourcing, cost analysis, benchmarking, and supplier improvement initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain and category risks to ensure business continuity.
• Work closely with Procurement, Centers of Excellence (CoEs), and Operational Procurement teams.
• Drive change, influence stakeholders, and build strong cross-functional relationships.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Procurement, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, category management, and supplier management within an international environment.
• Experience managing indirect procurement categories, preferably professional services.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of delivering cost savings and business value.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience with procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, GEP, or similar solutions.
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluency in English.
