Responsibilities:
 
  • Provides comprehensive HR support for designated functions in Poland, ensuring smooth execution of all people processes.
  • Acts as a strategic advisor to managers on organizational topics, people strategy, and labor law, in cooperation with other departments.
  • Ensures alignment of local HR practices with global HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
  • Drives employee engagement, supports company values, and serves as the primary HR point of contact for all employees.
  • Manages the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, administration, performance and talent management, development and succession.
  • Supports employee relations by offering guidance and consistent HR service delivery to managers and employees.
  • Uses data and analytics to guide decisions, propose improvements, and support business goals.
  • Leads and supports HR projects enhancing efficiency, engagement, talent pipeline, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Implements global and regional HR initiatives and adapts them to local needs.
  • Contributes to workforce planning, budgeting, and compensation recommendations based on market insights and company guidelines.

 

Our Requirements:
 
  • University degree in HR or a relevant field.
  • 7+ years of HR experience, including 4+ years as HR Business Partner in a matrix environment.
  • Strong knowledge of core HR processes and labor law.
  • Ability to work independently, proactively solve problems and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Fluent English (B2/C1).
  • Structured, analytical and results‑oriented mindset.
  • Empathy, openness, and a solution‑focused, curious mindset.
