Your Mission: Elevate Our Customer Experience – Be Our Customer Champion!
As our Sales Operations & Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be a central partner, connecting our onshore and offshore teams to foster a high-performing, collaborative environment. A core part of your mission will be to train and uplift our Business Shared Services (BBS) teams in India, empowering them with the skills and knowledge to confidently manage customer support with excellence.
You'll function as the vital linchpin for top-tier customer communication. While the BBS team manages day-to-day support, you will be the ultimate point of contact, directly engaging with customers when advanced expertise, complex issue resolution, or strategic insight is required. You'll proactively identify solutions, navigate cross-departmental challenges, and ensure positive outcomes for our clients, transforming operational complexities into shared successes.
How You'll Contribute and Grow (Key Responsibilities):
- Empower & Train Offshore Teams: Serve as a key Subject Matter Expert, guiding and training our BBS teams to excel in customer support through strategic direction and engaging programs.
- Lead Customer Engagement: Directly communicate with customers about complex issues, escalations, or when your advanced expertise is needed to ensure seamless and high-quality service.
- Solve Operational Challenges: Proactively manage and resolve intricate operational issues, stepping in as a helpful partner to find cross-departmental solutions.
- Drive Excellence & Best Practices: Champion consistent workflow execution and standardization, documenting and endorsing innovative Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to achieve continuous operational excellence.
- Ensure Export Compliance: Ensure accurate drafting and processing of export documentation, adhering to legal and regulatory requirements and company procedures.
- Foster Collaboration: Resolve communication complexities, building strong connections between onshore and offshore teams for clear customer communication.
- Innovate Solutions: Spot inefficiencies proactively, designing and implementing solutions that benefit our ecosystem and improve the customer journey.
What You'll Bring to Our Team:
- Experience & Background: Bachelor’s degree (preferred) + at least a few years of demonstrated experience in customer service or sales operations, with a proven record in customer interactions.
- Industry Insight (a bonus!): Direct experience in the food industry or in a multinational environment is a great advantage.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving: A passion for data, adept at extracting insights, spotting trends, and leveraging Excel for smart decisions that enhance customer satisfaction; driven to understand and effectively resolve complex operational challenges.
- Great Communicator & Collaborator: Strong skills to build connections, bring clarity, and encourage teamwork; a genuine desire to help teams grow, foster collaboration, and confidently manage responsibilities, always keeping the customer at the forefront. (Fluent written/verbal English essential; Dutch is a powerful asset, German a distinct advantage).
- Adaptable & Resilient: Adaptable, resilient, and thrives on innovation within dynamic environments.
- Tech Savvy: Solid experience with SAP or other major similar ERP systems is essential.
- Global Mindset (a plus!): Understanding of import and export processes for international work.
