Location: Zaandam, NH, NL, 1506 MA
Company: Bunge
| City : Zaandam | State : Noord-Holland (NL-NH) | Country : Netherlands (NL) | Requisition Number: 45111 |
As Supply Network Planning Lead EMEA, you operate at the heart of Bunge’s Food Solutions business in EMEA, supporting the specialty oils and fats portfolio.
This is not a hands‑on operational planning role. Instead, you work one level above execution, ensuring consistency, alignment and transparency across sites and planning horizons. You translate business inputs into network‑level scenarios, support decision‑making through the S&OP process and act as a senior sparring partner for commercial and operational stakeholders.
You bring structure where complexity exists and help the organization make informed trade‑offs when priorities compete.
What You Will Be Responsible For
Network‑Level Planning & Control
You are responsible for developing and maintaining integrated mid‑ and long‑term supply plans (up to 24 months) for designated plants and product lines within the EMEA refinery network. You ensure that long‑term network plans and mid‑term supply plans are aligned and feasible, considering capacity, inventory strategies and raw material availability.
You monitor supply reliability across the network and act as a natural point of escalation when supply constraints impact commercial commitments.
S&OP & Cross‑Functional Alignment
You play a central role in preparing and facilitating the Supply Review within the S&OP cycle. By converting demand signals and operational inputs into clear supply scenarios, you support balanced, data‑driven decision‑making.
You work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Procurement, Product Management, Finance and Sustainability, providing clarity on supply implications and ensuring alignment across the organization.
Functional Leadership & Improvement
While you do not manage a team directly, you provide functional leadership to supply planners and production schedulers across the region. You challenge assumptions, help set priorities and strengthen planning governance.
In parallel, you contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and cross‑functional projects where supply network planning expertise is required. When needed, you act as partial back‑up for the Sr. Supply Chain Manager Refineries EMEA.
