Commercial Finance Manager - Budapest

We are looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to join our Finance team in Hungary. In this role, you will support business decision-making through financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting, while partnering closely with commercial stakeholders.

You will play a key role in improving financial visibility, driving planning processes, and supporting the overall performance of our Agri business.

This should be completed through the following activities:

• Provide financial calculations, analyses, and budget control support to business management
• Monitor and support day-to-day business activities from a financial perspective
• Contribute to monthly closing, forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities
• Analyze business performance drivers and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
• Support and continuously improve financial models, reporting processes, and planning tools
• Participate in reporting enhancements, system upgrades, and finance-related projects
• Ensure reporting and forecasting practices remain aligned with Bunge standards and requirements
• Collaborate effectively with finance and commercial teams across the organization
• Support additional finance and business initiatives as required

What you can bring to the role:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in controlling, financial planning & analysis, or accounting
• Experience in an international or multinational environment is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• SAP knowledge is considered an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic business environment
