What will you be doing as a Maintenance Manager – Harkiv Plant

The core focus of this role is to ensure the smooth and safe operation of a plant's facilities, equipment, and systems by overseeing their upkeep, repair, and replacement.

This should be completed through the following activities:

Responsibilities:

• Enforce safety regulations, conduct preventive maintenance and perform inspections to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Manage staff and schedules: supervise maintenance staff, schedule their tasks, and respond to maintenance emergencies.
• Control costs through tracking budgets and expenses related to maintenance and seek to optimize resource usage.
• Minimize downtime by implementing preventive maintenance strategies to reduce equipment and facility downtime.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure maintenance activities support overall business operations.

What you can bring to the role:

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in an engineering field
• Prior experience working as a maintenance manager, repair manager, or in a related role
• Proven working experience in similar role 5 years
• Experience in dealing with budgets, schedules and reporting in terms of maintenance work
• equipment maintenance & equipment diagnostics knowledge & skills
• Root cause analysis or equivalent
• PC literacy: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, 1C accounting software
• Fluent in Ukrainian and English
