Bunge, a market-leading company, is looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Key Account Manager to not only manage but also develop our nationwide business relationships and sales team across domestic retail chains and modern trade partners – with a primary focus on our margarine division.

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing business plans and sales strategies for traditional (B2C) retail channels.
- Leading the sales team, collecting and analyzing store visit data.
- Strategically managing key national accounts (CBA, Coop, Reál, etc.) and modern trade partners (Spar, Tesco, Lidl, Penny, Auchan, Aldi, etc.).
- Identifying new business opportunities and driving growth.
- Optimizing sales volume, profitability, and product mix.
- Analyzing sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to support strategic decision-making.
- Coaching, training, motivating, and evaluating the performance of the sales team.
- Collaborating with internal departments (marketing, logistics, controlling).
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the FMCG sector.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in a leadership role and/or managing and building a sales team.
- Excellent negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) suitable for business negotiations.
- Strategic mindset, independent decision-making ability, proactiveness, and a result-oriented approach.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing both international and key domestic retail accounts.
- Expertise in food industry categories, especially in dairy and margarine segments.
