The Industry 4.0 Leader is responsible for collaborating with Global Teams to define strategies for the digital transformation of Industrial Operations Manufacturing Plants; and with Program and Region Teams to shape Region strategy including influencing and aligning roadmaps, budget, timelines to drive the execution of the overall digital strategy in alignment with Global Strategy.

 

Industry 4.0 Leader will manage the Industrial Operations Digital Transformation Projects portfolio including ready to deploy projects, pilots, and proof of concepts. Leader is responsible for leading, driving, and influencing main stakeholders, integrating and collaborating across different areas to successfully implement new technologies and solutions while spreading digital transformation culture and delivering committed value to organization.

 

Main Accountabilities

• Responsible for collaborating with Global Teams on Digital Transformation Global Strategies;

• Responsible for shaping and aligning Region Digital Transformation Strategy in partnership with Program and Region Teams;

• Implementation of projects portfolio related to manufacturing digital transformation for the region and in integration with global strategy (including roadmaps, prioritization, timeline, budget);

• Manage the strategy related to assessments, projects, pilot tests and proofs of concept inside Industrial Operations (includes staying in sites and different places for weeks if necessary);

• Collaborate with Innovation Leader on activities related to internal and external partners, such as Innovation Institutes, Universities, Startups, etc., in order to meet Industrial Operations demands;

• Search for potential opportunities and partnerships (internal and external) related with new technologies;

• Work the interface with corporate areas and provide inputs related to technical documents, as investment analysis, contracts, reports, updates and presentations;

• Collaborate with program and local teams, site managers, engineers, and operators to implement and deploy scalable solutions and spread the Digital Transformation culture inside the company (training, webinar, communication, etc.);

• Support in monitoring projects involving ICS protocols in partnership with IT, OT and Automation teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions;

• Apply agile methodologies frameworks that help deliver teams value to customers and stakeholders (internal/external) demands faster;

• Responsible for supporting the Change Mgmt. Execution, User Adoption and Value Realization and co-creating Change Mgmt & Sustain Strategy.

 

Education & Experience:

• Background: Engineering, Automation, Computer Science;

• Fluent English and desirable Advanced Spanish;

• Experience with innovation and/or R&D projects management involving robotics, AI and machine learning.

• Availability for frequent travels;

• Microsoft Office package, Advanced Excel, Office 365 (Power BI, Teams, Tableau, etc.), Programming Knowledge (Python, C, etc.);

 

Location: Open to negotiation (São Paulo/SP or Gaspar/SC or other)
