Role Purpose Statement To defend, diversify and grow the Nutrition business with assigned (key) Nutrition accounts in China. Manage all commercial activities needed, ranging from exploring/capturing opportunities to preparing RFQs/quotations and managing contract booking and execution for these assigned accounts. 
 
 
 
Main Accountabilities 1.Execute the commercial activities needed to achieve the sales budgets set for the assigned accounts – including quality documentations, regulatory requests and other (technical, scientific or other) customer requests. -50%
2.Develop and drive actionable account plans and draw up commercial proposals (incl quotations)-10%
3.Identify and (in collaboration with TS/PGM/Supply Chain etc.) capture opportunities to diversify our business with the assigned accounts-20%
4.Monitor and report customer performance and events - including sales analytics and reporting, (supply/quality) issues and up-coming events (e.g., tenders, price negotiations, new product developments)- 10%
5.Develop and maintain an actual forecast per customer and product, aligning their demand with our supply capabilities - 5%
6. Coordinate with pricing and contracting teams to manage the contract book and to drive  customer execution / performance- 5%
 
 
 
 
 
 
Education & Experience 3+ years of commercial experience in the food industry (ingredients and/or customer applications)
Work experience in life science, nutrition, or specialty food ingredients preferred
Possess rich accounts connections and network in infant formula, dairy or healthcare food sectors in China, Infant formula customers network is high preferred
