Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and execute the B2B sales strategy for edible oils.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key B2B customers (food manufacturers, bakeries, catering companies, processing plants, wholesalers).
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in strategic customer segments.
  • Negotiate trade terms, pricing, volumes, and long-term contracts.
  • Provide technical and commercial support regarding product applications and specifications.
  • Monitor B2B market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Cooperation with other departments in organization.
  • Manage sales forecasting and reporting for B2B portfolio.

 

Our Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Food Technology, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in FMCG.
  • Willingness to travel across regions and attend B2B industry events.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Understanding of B2B FMCG sales processes and customer needs.
  • Advanced negotiation and contract management skills, strong analytical and business planning capabilities.
