Production Operator

Position overview:
This is a Night shift position in the Refinery department on a 12-hour rotating basis.

The position is paid $29.46 per hour. Health and welfare benefits begin on date of hire, there is a perfect attendance award, and an annual bonus.

Job requirements:
• Learn and manage Refinery department processes
• Maintain and operate Refinery equipment in the department
• Follow a production schedule and produce in-spec products
• Perform assigned sanitation - keep buildings clean.

Skills and Experience:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to work safely and follow all safety rules and policies
• Ability to work 12 hour shift with mandatory OT and nights
• Experience in Good Manufacturing Practices preferred
• Ability to take direction and work as part of the team
• Ability to operate various types of machinery is required
• Good communication skills
• Good attendance and reliability is a must
