Job Description

Job Title:                                        Associate Manager - Sales Commercial (B2B)

Reporting :                                   Reports to Manager/Sr. Manager

Overall purpose of job: Seeking an experienced sales Commercial B2B Business specialist who will partner with sales team & various other stakeholders on daily basis to ensure smooth sales operations, continuous focus / review of plant processing cost, SG&A, Distribution cost to ensure optimal cost structure for B2B Business.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

   This Candidate will be first point of contact for company sales team and various stakeholders, helping themresolving their day to day issues related to business commercial B2B business. Candidate will also be responsible for publishing the various reports to management after analyzing the correct data.

Business commercial B2B business tasks:

 
  • Continuous focus / review of plant processing cost, SG&A, Distribution cost to ensure optimal cost structure for B2B Business

 

 
  • Ensure on time monthly closing and reporting

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 
  • Ensure commercial hygiene – Inventory / AR norms and working capital management

 

 

 

 

 

 
  • Variance analysis of complete P&L account & budgetary control activities.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 
  • Review of critical processes and ensuring controls & compliances to the policies

 

 

 

 

 

 
  • Managing 2P operations for Ingredients
 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 
  • Ensure reporting functions and responses to ad hoc requests for financial related information are appropriately delivered.

 

 
  • Regular monitoring of stock, contracts, etc and define a strong control processes to avoid any cost leakages and non-compliances.

 

 
  • Drive the analytics and reporting requirement in Tableau and Business Intelligence
 
  • Preparation and submission of Business and Financial forecast on monthly basis.
 
  • Perform variance analysis, financial analysis, and margin analysis.
 
  • Monthly/Quarterly cost variance analysis to carve out its impact on P&L.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 
  • Sales MIS and ad hoc reports on a daily basis
               

 

Skills Required

  1. Bachelor's degree in any of Engineering, Commerce or equivalent experience/ discipline along Master’s degree in Business Management/Finance  
  2. Must have minimum 6 years of relevant work experience. 
  3. Should have experience of working in SAP, and Advanced MS excel.
  4. Should have good analytical capability and data representation skills.
  5. Must have good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  6. Behavioral: High energy, Team Player, Integrity, Good relationship building ability.
  7. Excellent interpersonal skills and should be able to work independently as well as part of an effective team.
