Job Title: Asst. Manager / Team Lead – Analytics             

Reporting Line: BBS Global Governance Lead

 

Role Purpose Statement:

Asst. Manager/ Team Lead will be responsible for executing BBS’ Analytics vision to enable full visibility of BBS’ service performance and analytics by converting business and process data into actionable insights for business outcome using Tableau and other reporting, analytics and visualization tools

 

Key Interfaces: (Internal, External)

Internal: Analytics Manager, Global Governance Lead, Global Process Owners, Global Transformation Lead and Service Management Leads

External: Bunge Global IT and Business Intelligence teams            

 

Shift Timings: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM 

Key Performance Indicators:

Effective execution of service performance indicators and support analytics

 

Main Accountabilities

•             This individual will be responsible for supporting the implementation of the Analytics framework along with the Manager – Analytics and the Global Governance Lead. This role will work in close collaboration with the Manager-Analytics, Global Governance Lead, Global Process Owners, Global Transformation Lead and Service Management Leads along with members of Bunge Global IT and Business Intelligence teams to ensure that execution is in adherence with all aspects of business, process, and technology as per the Analytics framework.

•             This individual will focus on design and delivery of various kinds of reports, dashboards, and analysis to enable service performance monitoring, operational control, delivery assurance, stakeholder engagement and business analytics and insights

•             This individual will be responsible for delivering all service performance indicators and associated analysis for all processes and regions under scope of Bunge Business Services

•             This role will be required to understand all aspects of BBS Operations, especially Service Delivery – service performance management, delivery assurance, knowledge management, communication, center management, stakeholder engagement, people, and cost management

 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

               

Strong Background in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics using Tableau and similar technologies

o             Detailed knowledge and experience in BI, Reporting, Analysis, Data Visualization, Visual Storytelling

o             Tableau Presentation Layer expertise is required; Tableau Data Extraction layer experience will be an added plus

o             Knowledge of other technologies to power a global reporting and analytics center is preferred

o             Expert level of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint

 

Extensive understanding of Business Processes, Performance Metrics, and Governance

o             Ability to act as a business analyst to translate business requirement into technical solution

o             Experience of delivering service performance reporting and analytics across various business processes

o             Ability to evaluate and apply insights on performance data to provide opportunities for improvement

 

Significant experience driving large projects to successful completion, and ability to work in a global environment

o             Project management exposure, or multi-functional team experience

o             Ability to drive discussion and establish clarity on requirements and deliverables

o             Quick to identify and communicate risks and develop mitigation plans

 

Strong communications and presentation skills

o             Ability to make complex and detailed information clear and actionable

o             Effective articulation of varied information in a relatable manner to business audiences

o             Strong collaboration skills and integrity to hold self and others accountable to deliver against commitments
