Title: Procurement Expert/ ATL

 

Reports to: Procurement Services Supervisor

 

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

The Process Expert will perform the following activities:

 

  • Execute the buy process for goods & services: create & change Purchase orders.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all the procurement related assigned activities are completed with the agreed timelines and accurately.
  • Vendor Master management: create and maintain the suppliers records in Bunge’s system.
  • Responsible for delivering best in class end to end process execution and will play a vital role in on-time stabilization of new activities & new service lines transitioned to BBS.
  • Communicate and coordinate actions among all internal stake-holders to effectively assure the delivery with accuracy
  • Contribute to ensure that that all key metrics agreed for the processes are met, misses if any are highlighted to the Team Lead clearing articulating the dependencies on a daily basis.
  • Responsible for knowledge capture, ensure that the SOP’s are updated and are current.
  • Ensure that all the activities assigned and completed within the agreed control and compliance framework and are in line with the Global Standard Policy and Procedures.
  • Proactively highlight deviations (if any) to the Procurement Team Lead/Manager
  • Participate in Quality and Continuous improvement initiatives and Identify opportunities to improve, simplify and standardize the current procurement activities.
  • Adhere to the company’s policy and procedures and maintain office discipline.
  • Proactively build long-term, sustainable and effective relationships with the businesses.

 

Knowledge and Experience

 

  • +5 years of work experience in a similar role
  • Experience in Agribusiness/Commodity trading industry preferred 
  • Education Qualification – Finance Graduate
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to provide high quality level of customer service
  • Adaptable and flexible to work.
  • Good computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Prior experience in working with Procurement tools like Ariba/Coupa/SAP SRM and ERP’s (SAP) would be preferred
